Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in its original packaging with all included parts and accessories.
  • Include proof of purchase or your order confirmation.

Items that have been used, damaged through misuse, or altered after delivery are not eligible for return.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or assembled products.
  • Items damaged due to improper handling or misuse.
  • Clearance, final sale, or non-returnable items (if applicable).

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
  4. Securely package the item and send it to the return address provided by our support team.

Please do not return products without prior return authorization.


Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 2 business days to your original payment method.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refunded amount appears in your account.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.


Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error, including defective, damaged, or incorrect products, we will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged products, subject to availability. If you wish to purchase a different office chair, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
